Prior to joining Stanford, Rocco served as Senior Finance Manager for 6 years while doing Continuous Improvement and Business Process Improvement projects, many of which had large IT components. Rocco has fostered skills in Internal Controls, Cloud Security, and Business Process Improvement.

Rocco received a B.A from UC Santa Cruz, a M.S. in Agricultural Economics and an MBA. He is an active California CPA, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He also has a current Security+ designation and has earned Certificates of Cloud Auditing Knowledge and Cloud Security Knowledge.
