Definition of Sub-risk Owner

Sub-risk Owner:  Typically a management-level individual, who is one or multiple levels below the enterprise risk owner.  This person may be responsible for coordinating the mitigation and monitoring activities OR may have direct oversight and knowledge of the sub-risk.
