Gary Wong is the Assistant Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Stanford University, developing, implementing, and administering an effective ERM program as part of the Office of the Chief Risk Officer, which you can find more information about here. Before his current role, Gary was a Senior Internal Auditor at Stanford for four years. 

Prior to joining Stanford, Gary served as an auditor and revenue analyst for ten years. Performing external, internal, and IT audits while also performing contract reviews, Gary has fostered project management skills and a consultative mindset.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) as well as the Association of College & University Auditors (ACUA).
