Apple Ping Li is the Property Insurance Program Manager at Stanford University, where she oversees the insurance placement, claims, contracts, loss control and premium allocation at the Risk Management and Insurance team of OCRO. For more information, please visit https://ocro.stanford.edu/.

Prior to joining Stanford, Apple gained 10 years of experience in Insurance Risk Management, serving as a Property Underwriter and an Insurance Risk Analyst. While underwriting large property risks at Zurich and managing corporate property insurance programs at Adobe, Apple has fostered her skills in risk analysis, project management, regulatory compliance, ethical considerations and building collaborative relationships.

Apple received a BA in Economics from University of Toronto and has earned designations as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), a Certificate of Risk Management (CRM), and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP). She is also a proud member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS).
